TMC-2315 Price Competitive Double Column Machining
The TAKAM TMC-Series CNC Double Column Machining Center is designed with high rigidity with reliable precision. The components are designed with a module standard, it is highly interchangeable and of stable quality. Also, for the smaller size machine under four meters, we use only a direct type spindle BT50 6000RPM to ensure the precision of the machining for heavy-duty loads

1. Belt-type spindle(standard)
The belt-type convey can reach a better combination of torque and speed.
2. ZF Gear box(Medium device) timing Belt Pulley+ZF two speed gear box(1:1&1:4 two speed transformation) convey to complete the low speed, high torque, and high speed high power)
3. Two-stage gear box spindle complete gear box provides heavy cutting ability, the torque goes up 3 times.
2. Two-stage gearbox (Options)
The two-stage gearbox uses high-precision imported gear, performs well in conveying efficiency, low operating noise, and has heavy-load cutting rigidity. Two two-stage gear heads can switch between high and low speeds to bring two different kinds of effects. High speed has a high rotation rate of a high-speed machine. Low speed has the cutting torque of a low-speed gear machine.
3. Roller straight guideway
TMC Series adopts roller straight guideway, which is designed for achieving super high rigidity and super load ability. 45-degree touch angle design lets the complete straight guideway reach 4 directions with super rigidity and super load characteristics. It can improve the machining precision to reach high rigidity. And the life of the guideway can be lengthened for the super load characteristics.
